The Complete Craft
Cinema is where my creative practice began. My filmmaking experience spans direction, associate direction, production design, sound design, script supervision, cinematography and post-production, allowing me to approach projects from both the creative vision and operational execution.
With an MA in Filmmaking from the University for the Creative Arts, London, complemented by a Diploma in Filmmaking and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, I view the frame through narrative architecture and technical discipline.

A young boy finds himself caught between his personal conviction and a religious tradition being imposed upon him. As his internal resistance escalates into rebellion, family tensions intensify into a poignant struggle over faith and belonging.
Serving as Script Supervisor and Production Designer in London, Shubham orchestrated visual continuity, authentic period set dress, and narrative rhythm for this tense coming-of-age drama.

A grieving widower discovers an old suit carrying the tactile memories of his departed partner. As he revisits the poignant moments woven into its fabric, his journey becomes a bittersweet struggle between holding on and letting go.
Leading the Art Direction and Production Design, Shubham sculpted the emotional color palette, prop symbolism, and textural world that anchor the film’s atmospheric visual poetry.
